The Challenge

A national aged care provider ran internal quality audits and compliance checks across dozens of facilities using static forms and manual consolidation. Audit tools varied by programme, validation rules were enforced inconsistently, and there was no reliable review-and-lock process before results were reported to group quality teams. Complex assessments required calculated fields and conditional question display that hard-coded forms could not support without expensive redeployments.

Our Approach

We built a dynamic audit tooling layer with configurable parts, questions, field-level validation, formula calculation, and conditional display logic. The platform supported full data entry, reviewer approval, and period locking workflows—with completion-rate tracking and multi-level views for group, region, and facility stakeholders. Summary reporting gave quality managers auditable evidence of audit progress and outcomes across the organisation.
